Torrin 'the Banshee' 2008

Wine spectator - 95 : amazingly smooth and polished, gushing with ripe blackberry, berry jam, crème de cassis and black licorice flavors, with dashes of menthol and road tar and hints of dried herbs. Full-bodied, intense, focused and deeply concentrated, with a modest tannic grip on the finish. Mourvèdre, grenache, syrah and alicante bouschet. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. Drink now through 2021.
