Bodegas Valdesil Godello 'Val De Sil' 2009

Stephen Tanzer: Pale gold. Assertive aromas of lime and pear, with a subtle mineral undertone and suave floral qualities. Clean and brisk but nicely concentrated, with high-pitched citrus flavors giving way to richer quince, pear and nectarine. The very persistent finish leaves notes of bitter lime zest and minerals behind. I really like this wine's blend of power and vivacity. 91 points
