Winemaker’s notes: “Shoresh Blanc 2018 is made from Sauvignon Blanc (90%) and Chardonnay (10%) grapes grown on old terraces in the Shoresh Vineyard. The wine went through cool fermentation and Sur-Lie aging for 7 months in French barriques. The Shoresh Blanc structure and complexity reflects the character and quality of this unique vineyard.” Kosher
