Review DOMAINE LEDOGAR ‘MARIOLE’ VIGNES CENTENAIRES 2013
DOMAINE LEDOGAR ‘MARIOLE’ VIGNES CENTENAIRES 2013
"The 22 hectares of Domaine Grand Lauze are located around the small village of Ferrals-les-Corbières, primarily in Boutenac. The deep soils are limestone, clay mixed with pebbles, and the red sandstone of the Boutenac terroir. In the three Carignan vineyards there are some native strains that were planted between 1880 and 1910! The wines are naturally fermented in a controlled temperature of about 22°, followed by a maceration period of ten days. The cultivation in the vineyards is completely organic ; the wine is all natural. The vines are also cultivated according to biodynamic methods, respecting the lunar cycles and wind."
