Very young and slow to open, offering explosive red and dark fruit flavors and intense minerality, with a sexy note of candied rose. Round, ripe and seamless, with superb finishing clarity that features seductive floral and spice nuance and only a hint of tannins. This wine reminded me of a great Chambertin-Clos de Beze from Rousseau."
