93 Points - Neal Martin - Vinous - "The 2013 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Chaignots 1er Cru is more loose-knit, a touch more diffuse than its 2011 counterpart at the moment: light red berry fruit, pressed rose petals and a whiff of damp soil. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grain tannin, crisp and edgy, building nicely in the mouth and revealing superior delineation and mineralité than the 2011 on the finish. I can see the potential here. Great energy and focus, this is one to watch. Tasted at the Gouges retrospective at La Cabotte."
