“Sinai is an exceptional and straightforward blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, two complementing varietals. This refreshing, fruity, and balanced wine is characterized by a velvety texture and long finish. Grapes are harvested from several vineyards in the Judean mountains, 900 meters above sea level. Aged for 6 months in French wood barrels. Grapes for our Sinai wine are manually harvested at dawn and undergo careful inspection. Available in a Mevushal variation; this wine meets kashrut standards and is suitable for serving at event venues.” Kosher
